Hi, I'm Alexa 🐸  

Nice to meet you! I'm currently located in Tokyo, Japan. My academic background is in sociological research, but my passions have always been more creative. Naturally I found myself at the intersection of art, tech, and social science.

As a UX designer, I strive to improve people's lives in ways that they may not even realize. Technology is such a powerful tool and an omnipresent part of our world. I want to lean into that, harness its potential, and design products that empower and inspire.

I'm particularly interested in the ever-evolving nature of media. I feel that I'm in a great position-- I know how to keep up with trends and yet I approach everything, including whatever's happening on TikTok, with an analytical eye.

When I'm not designing, I'm learning languages (French, Japanese, Korean, and Hebrew), baking for my loved ones, and exploring Japan.
